B: coffee; hamwich (2 slices deli ham with a scrambled egg and slice of cheese between them then pan grilled) I usually drop some tabasco on top L: lavash wrap w/black beans, salsa, sour cream, lettuce, tomatoes and cheese D: grilled sirloin, big salad
