B: coffee L: low carb lavash w/black beans, cheese, avocado, salsa, lettuce and tomato, grilled (sort of like a taco bell crunch wrap but without the meat or tortilla inside) D: grilled chicken with peppers and onions; not sure what side, maybe just a salad since it's the 7th ring of hell heat here

i have some ginger sesame chicken strips from the fancy supermarket deli/prepared meals section. going to eat with honey mustard dipping sauce with 2 lettuce wraps with chicken lunch meat, mayo and mustard.
