B: Something I surely shouldn't have, small cup of Tropicana 50 OJ, coffee with low fat milk
L: Healthy Turkey meatloaf slice containing veggies, spring greens with other fresh veggies and drizzle dressing, small spoonful of mashed potatoes.
D: Leftover chicken veggie coconut curry (fairly light made with lowered fat coconut milk and many veggies), naan bread
