I dropped into my VW a little late and came in when the leader was talking about in-person meetings opening up. She said all the details will be in an email that we will be receiving. Not sure if I will be getting the email because I changed to digital only when all this stuff started but from what I could gather from the little info I heard was that there would still be virtual meetings because the in-person meetings would be limited and we would have to reserve a spot at the meeting. She said "if you can't get a reservation you can go to a virtual meeting."
A few weeks ago she said that seating would be limited and when the limit was reached you would be turned away at the door, no reservations. I guess they re-thought that.
Anyone hear anything else about meetings opening up in their area? I caught something about "opening up the 25th" so I assume that she was talking about July. I am not anxious to get back, frankly, but I wonder if others in different areas of the country have heard anything about their centers.

Same thing is going on here Full, I think it is pretty much the norm for now. Limited openings, make reservations, continuation of virtual meetings.

My meeting will not be reopening anytime soon. I attended a virtual meeting last night for one that was supposed to open next Wednesday. They said you would have to go into the groups section of connect and reserve a seat limited to only 10 people per meeting but it is unclear whether or not that included staff. Iโm in California and all Weight Watchers centers have been closed. Those that were supposed to open are on hold again they also said to check Facebook for updates but I donโt do Facebook.

I wonder if there are going to be any price adjustments. If I was paying for the full meetings I think I would be a little upset if I ended up not being able to attend a meeting in person because of the limits on the number of people allowed at a workshop.
Sticking with the digital plan for now and probably for a long time, seeing as this whole thing does not look even close to being resolved.

I switched to the digital a few weeks ago. I don't know WHY I didn't do it sooner! I'm still attending my VWs. I'm not sure if my coach knows, but oh well. The numbers in my state are climbing again, so I don't see the studios opening any time soon.

I've also been bouncing around to meetings in other areas just for the fun of it. There seem to be very few leaders who go out on their own as far as discussion goes but I have seen some. I really can't stand the voice of one of the popular leaders from my in-person workshop (think fingernails on a chalkboard) so I have been sitting in on meetings where I like the leaders more. Most are very scripted, some are more interactive, a few are much better at bringing a more personal aspect to the session.

My studio is opening back up for a soft opening this week. The studio will be open for drop-in hours Wednesday and Thursday. There will be two meetings on Saturday with a limit of 10 people per meeting. I managed to secure a spot for the 8:00 a.m. meeting.
I am kind of going to miss the members from the Zoom meeting. My meeting location merged with another one. The main participants were from the other meeting and their leader (coach) did more of the talking than my coach. The members welcomed us into their group and some of us joined their Facebook page. It has been fun getting to know people that I would not have gotten to meet otherwise. That being said I look forward to in person weigh in and workshops.
