cathygeha , Sometimes pulling the battery out and putting it back in can help.
Thank you - Will try that next time it acts up. It did okay this morning.

189.2
down 0.6 from yesterday. I checked and on the 15th I was at 189 and it has taken that long to get close to it again. I know that once I get over "sticking" weights the drop is a bit faster till I hit another such weight. So...hooray for NOT indulging on Wednesday and seeing incremental drops on the scale

Friday, July 24: 124.4 - up 0.8 lb. Not surprising since I dropped a pound the other day. Now I get to embrace all my talk about not getting overly attached to a low number, and remembering that I chose a goal of 130, not 125.

lani, I get attached to lower numbers too even though I don't want to get too thin.

WI today, up 0.2 lbs. I thought for sure I'd be down a bit because I had oral surgery Monday and have been eating less, and no snacking. But I also have not done any exercise this week because they wanted me to not exercise for the first few days, I guess to keep the blood from flowing to the mouth or something? Anyway, I need to take a quick walk right now and get back on that horse! I also ate pasta this week because it was easy to eat and I had to eat soft food for a few days, but I measured and tracked but maybe its the extra carbs?

cathygeha, I have noticed my digital scale has a tendency to hang onto the previous number it has registered, especially if there is only a small change. Saturday, July 25: 124.6 - up 0.2 lb.

cathygeha , I have noticed my digital scale has a tendency to hang onto the previous number it has registered, especially if there is only a small change.
Today I dug out the OLD scale that is not digital and will use it and the digital since I have to wear glasses to see the numbers on both of them! It will be interesting to compare. The spring type weighs me at four or five pounds less than the digital and always has...no idea which is more accurate.
Thank you for that information. I have seen the scale "stick" at the same number for days...it can be frustrating if I let it be.
