Spring is here. Get out of hibernation. So let's join together and encourage and cheer each other on with our fitness goals! Warm weather will be here before we know it and we want to be in shape to enjoy it!
WELCOME EVERYONE anytime and yes you can walk/jog/run or combo, cycling, spinning, swimming, aerobic classes, elliptical machine, yoga, pilates, strength train and core work too!
Each week you set and post your own attainable mileage/minutes goal and strive to achieve it. Saturday thru Friday is our fitness week with Saturday morning weigh-ins (WI). WIs are encouraged but optional. There is no judgement here!
This challenge runs from March 20 to June 21

I am tired after doing treadmill yesterday not looking to do it formally for miles.. Seeking at east 10,,000 steps each day. Using fit bits and all my weekly, I have ti eat as much as I do or go hungry, This way I can eat often.

Amy, do you ever go walking outdoors in place of the TM? Is the weather good enough there for you to even consider heading outdoors?
I went to the gym after workk yesterday and completed 30 minutes on the elliptical machine (first time in a loooong time), 15 minutes on the rowing machine, lifted weights and then did a spinning class.
Normally I try to do the 5:45am Friday spinning class but I felt pretty yucky this morning so I slept in instead. I'll go to the gym and/or the park after work to do something aerobic.

Yes Deb. When there is not rain. Also I am down to 1711 calories and 39 points and `0,ooo steps. I changed to have 2,2 oz of tuanand 2 pieces of Helathy life. and eat 8 tablespoons of peanut butter withoutttt bread. I put my vitamin in with 2 gummy and it was ii point.

Just a quick hello. Maddie's surgery was a success, but she is uncomfortable (even with the pain meds). Not much sleep for either of us last night. Hopefully tomorrow will be a better day.
