Good morning! I am back at work. My PC has been running since I went to the doctor's on Tuesday. The herbal tinctures, zinc and Bio-Veg did the trick. I'm still woozy and coughing a little, but my eyes is clearing up and the headache is gone. I wish the cough would quit coming back. Lisa your Fleetwood Mack concert sounds fun. I was going to meet up for Beauty & the Beast last night but had to miss. Drat! Daily Affirmation - My body is an amazing machine and able to heal itself without antibiotics. Fitness Report - ha ha! I consider doing a load of laundry and making a pot of soup my fitness endeavors for yesterday. Health Goal - I saved my healing microbiome by avoiding antibiotics - let's keep it healing and flourishing. Gratitude - having a naturopath/homeopathic office in my area with such top notch doctors. ♥ Waves to all - my desk is piled high!

Pat - Cheers for loving your healing microbiome! Hope your cough eases up soon; I know that can feel exhausting!
Lisa - I love Fleetwood Mac tunes! We'll be using some in our jazz dance class next week. I also would like to reduce my grains intake. That would be a good habit to nurture. OK, so I just tossed the bun from a fish sandwich:)
Daily Affirmation - I replace fear with love Fitness report - Tap class this a.m., yay! It is a real stretch for me & that's the way to build more skill (note to self!); Fitness Goal: feed my Fitbit Health Goal - hold the artificial sweeteners (day 2) Gratitude - warmer weather

Hello Carol! I like your affirmation for today - very timely. I wanted to pop back in to share a Youtube channel that I've been enjoying a lot - Clean and Delicious. The food looks really good and most are very easy, too.
