Welcome! This is a thread for people who want to attend a meeting from the comfort of their own home. We are primarily a PointsPlus board (Go Team Yellow!) but all are welcome to revel in the GHG's, 16 Routines, and topics that never get old. If you're new here, feel free to introduce yourself! If you have anything to celebrate, share and give yourself a bravo sticker: + If you want to make it official, you can weigh yourself and put it in your tracker or share it! If you need some accountability, feel free to post daily how you’re doing on PP/GHG’s. This Week's Topic: Daily Points Budget There are many ways to distribute your daily and weekly points. The weight watchers pocket guide has some examples of how to distribute your points. Example: 26 PP Breakfast 4 Lunch. 8 Dinner. 10 Snack. 2 Snack. 2 The Wendie Plan was also a popular strategy, particularly for getting through a plateau. www.wendie-plan.com/about.htmlWhat does your daily points budget usually look like? Do you snack? Stick to your meals? A combination of both? How do your hunger cues effect how you spend your points? Do you tend to eat more at certain meals/snacks than others? This Week’s Routine: (3) Eat breakfast every day. GHG of the Week: Take a multi-vitamin everyday.

What does your daily points budget usually look like? Recently it has been about 4 points for breakfast with the other two meals getting half each. Don't usually have a snack.
I remember one leader saying to deduct a couple or so points for your snack then divide the rest of the points equally between the three meals. I have not tried that yet.
Do you snack? Stick to your meals? A combination of both? When doing the earlier version of points (conquer cravings) I tend not to snack because fruit is not free, I think. If there is a snack it is usually iced tea or diet jello (if I have any) or something like that.
How do your hunger cues effect how you spend your points? Do you tend to eat more at certain meals/snacks than others? a breakfast of egg on toast with tomatoes and coffee holds me better than oats and fruit so tend to have the egg in the morning and that is lower in points, too. I tend to have more in the evening unless I consciously add in a dairy and fruit at lunch then it can be fairly even between lunch and dinner points. I don't usually snack for some reason.
This Week’s Routine: (3) Eat breakfast every day. I always eat breakfast
GHG of the Week: Take a multi-vitamin everyday. Again - a habit - on the table where I sit in with meds and take it automatically.

What does your daily points budget usually look like? Right now I rarely stick to the dailies. Almost always use up to 7 weeklies. I'd say breakfast is lowest, with lunch and snack being higher, and dinner being slightly lower.
Do you snack? Stick to your meals? A combination of both? I eat 4 times a day. Breakfast, Lunch, Snack, Dinner.
How do your hunger cues effect how you spend your points? Do you tend to eat more at certain meals/snacks than others? I don't think my hunger cues effect much. If I'm extra hungry I'll try eating more fruits/veggies and drinking more water. I don't eat as much at dinner or breakfast as I do at the other two meals.
This Week’s Routine: (3) Eat breakfast every day. Always!
GHG of the Week: Take a multi-vitamin everyday. Still working on this one. I bought the good vitamins too... tsk, tsk, tsk.

I have a pillbox for the week out on the dining room table. It is only myself and my husband in the house so just fill it up for the week and have the vitamin in with the morning BP pills and take it then. Tying it to the same thing daily makes it easier.
