B: Two pieces of baguette with light butter and preserves; low fat plain yogurt with fresh berries; small glass Tropicana 50 OJ; coffee w/skim milk [Note: This came to over 600 calories. Not doing this again for a while! Want more allowance for snacks/dinner.] L: Vegetable mushroom lentil "hash" with one poached egg and herbs on top; cherry tomatoes; half a stalk celery; piece of green pepper; raw baby spinach leaves with drizzle of balsamic vinegar; coffee w/skim milk; zero calorie iced green tea. [259 calories] D: Cooking Light recipe (Grilled steak over baby arugula topped with grilled lemon, lemon juice, and small bit of grated Parmesan). Seltzer. [273 calories] S: 8 pistachios; 1 stalk celery with very light coating of light chive/onion cream cheese [64 calories] Lots of water. Exercise for 30 mins minimum. I threw out a 1/3 full jar of low fat peanut butter. I have been overeating this. First, I put catsup and Dijon mustard on the peanut butter, then threw it out.

Rf cheese 6.Did you limit sugar and alcohol? Yes 7.Did you drink 6-8 glasses of liquid (water is best)? Yes 8.Did you take a multi-vitamin or supplement? Yes 9.Exercise? Yes
