I will not be going but I clicked on the "Find A Studio" link on the WW site and there was an announcement that meetings were starting up again at my center location.
Only four meetings, one on Friday and three on Saturday. The notices on the page are, a la classic WW, a bit confusing.
"Our Studios have started reopening!
Search for your location to find a Workshop near you. If your Studio is not yet open, get the support you need in live Virtual Workshops from home."
"Due to social distancing, we are capping our attendance at our Studio Workshops. Please RSVP below if you would like to attend. Note: the schedule includes in-person and Virtual Workshop times." The schedule on the page shows only the four meetings I mentioned above.
"As of 7/19: Open for Limited Attendance Workshops (click Studio Name above for schedule and to reserve a spot). Open for Drop N Shop on WED (9AM-1PM) &Thu (9AM-1PM). Virtual Workshop Schedule via Connect remains the same."
I went to Connect and it still shows all the virtual workshops.

I went to the WW web page and looked up my studio (I know they aren't opening yet) and it doesn't list ANY times. It says to go to connect to see them. All the same one's are listed.
I MIGHT be willing to go to a studio meeting, it would all depend on how I was feeling that day!

I have 3 centers that I've gone to for meetings pre-Covid. All are showing same as fullmahina- reserve spots for in person meetings. All are on Friday and Saturday this week, with some having multiple meetings on the same day. Some times are already filled. Centers are open for drop n shop Wednesday and Thursday - I guess that's today and tomorrow. I'm not going in person to any WW center. I still haven't gone into any stores. I haven't attended a virtual meeting so far in July and not sure if I will, but I've weighed in once a week online or on the app. I assume that's good enough to maintain my free Lifetime membership, given that I've got a free etools account until July 2027. This was never really made clear but I can't see that they're tracking whether or not I've attended the virtual meetings that I did in March, April, May and June. If I weren't free Lifetime, I don't see why I'd pay for meetings until I could actually attend one. But if enough people drop the meetings membership, this will in turn show that meetings aren't in demand and can be eliminated, I think.

I would hope it would make them aware that people aren't going to pay the $$ for just the app (which I consider the VW part of the app). We really don't get the personal time with the coaches or guides (yes, we can privet message them) or any of the paper materials (weeklies, program materials, etc.) that are part or the meetings. THAT is what I pay for, not to talk to someone on the computer. I do that all day for my job and I WANT The personal interactions. Yes, I have expressed my opinion every chance I get to WW. Not that I think they are listening.

To reserve space at a live studio meeting you can find your location's group via Connect. Find your location in Groups and there will be a lengthy pinned post with a link in it to reserve your spot. Or you can just visit www.weightwatchers.com/us/find-a-workshop/Hope that helps.

Went to my VW last night and there were no changes on how one gets in. Our coach said WW put the changes on hold for now to work out some bugs.

Don't quote me on this because I know nothing official, BUT, when the VM concept was first being introduced back in November I believe "Digital + Virtual Meetings" was in the mid-30 range ($34.95 is stuck in my head).
Not sure if they will go back to this price point or if they will see how many people continue to pay the higher price.

neen, Thanks for posting this. Hope they get the bugs out before they try the new way. I get nervous around WW and tech, in the past they haven't done so well. Nothing has been mentioned in my meeting.
