All meals planned and tracked for today.
B: Sugar free whole grain Angel Food Cake slice topped with 2 Tbs warm wild blueberries and 3 Tbs whipped topping; 4 oz Tropicana 50 OJ; 1/3 cup low fat plain yogurt with blueberries and a couple of strawberries; coffee w/low fat milk; also a 70 calorie Danon Light & Fit that I ate at 12 midnight [332 calories]
L: Leftover Flounder Piccata with small spoon of whole wheat lemon parsley couscous with peas;raw baby spinach; grape tomatoes [319 calories]
D: Roasted boneless chicken thigh with skin removed (dot of lingonberry preserves); 1/2 cup cooked long grain white rice; cucumber tomato salad (light on mayo); half glass Pinot Grigio wine [418 calories]
Snacks: Espresso; stalk celery and half cubanelle pepper with light coating lowered fat Philly chive onion cream cheese; 1/2 cup mango pieces topped with 1 tsp unsweetened grated coconut; possible Danon Light & Fit or a few nuts or thin pita chips [104 calories plus any add-on]
