B: Sugar free whole grain Angel Food Cake slice with low fat plain yogurt, lots of fresh berries, 1/2 cup Tropicana 50 OJ, coffee w/low fat milk
L: Fruity chicken salad on spring greens, half of a pita, grape tomatoes, maybe half glass white wine
D: Part of ham steak, homemade fat free fresh mango salsa, mustard and catsup, homemade oven baked sweet potato fries, steamed sugar snap peas
S: Unsweetened apple sauce w/cinnamon, fresh veggie sticks with Tablespoon light Philly chive/onion cream cheese
