Finally eating the spaghetti squash today. I cooked it Friday so that it’s ready for toppings.
Some sheep’s milk cheese marinated in olive oil and herbs.

B: Low fat plain yogurt with berries, small amount of cereal in skim milk, light OJ, coffee w/lf milk
L: Leftover roasted chicken breast meat, greens, grape tomatoes, half pita, a few leftover sweet potato fries
D: Lightened Chicken Divan, tomato and greens salad with balsamic vinegar, 1/2 cup leftover white rice, half glass of white wine
