I was down 2.2 lbs this morning for a total of 17.6 since November!
I was OK with maintaining during most of this quarantine, but I am happy to be back on the losing trail again.

Today is my weigh-in day. I lost 1.6 lbs this week. I'll confess that I expected even a little more, but I know 1.6 lbs down is a good loss and consistent with what I'm aiming for each week.

Jae - You are down! Celebrate. Congrats to all. WI this week was 3 below goal. I think I have nailed maintenance as long as I keep doing what I have been doing.
