L: Stuffed pepper tuna melt on bed of spring greens with sliced tomato half, drizzled with balsamic vinegar; 1/2 slice toast
D: Beef broth with herbs and vegetable bits and liver dumpling; half serving of leftover Lightened Chicken Divan; glass of white wine
S: 1/2 cup Halo Top light ice cream; raw veggies; 1/2 cup Tropicana 50 OJ; espresso
