B: Leftover ricotta fruit puff pancake; low fat plain yogurt with berries; 1/2 cup Tropicana 50 OJ; coffee with skim milk
L: Last of lightened Chicken Divan; tomato slices and red leaf lettuce; half glass of Pinot Grigio
D: Veggie and breadcrumb stuffed mushroom topped with sun-dried tomato pesto; small cup of beef broth veggie soup with liver dumpling
Snacks: Slice of low fat low sugar peach almond cake, ?

Rene - Love your dinner. It's now on my regular rotation. I just stuff the thighs with the peppers and cheese.
S - Usual coffee B - Favorite poached egg breakfast L - Tuna over fresh picked tomatoes D - Air fried cornmeal crusted fluke with cold roasted veggies (including eggplant and yellow squash from the garden) E - Bike ride

leftover crab cakes with lemon/dill mayo if the last head of romaine i have is still good i may make a salad to go with the crab cakes, otherwise may cream some spinach. dalgona coffee with almond milk, cream and splenda dark chocolate
