B: Low sugar Quaker Apple Cinnamon oatmeal topped with 1 Tbs chopped pecans and 1 tsp unsweetened dried coconut (with skim milk); 1/2 cup plain low fat yogurt with blueberries and half of a peach; 1/2 cup Tropicana 50 OJ; coffee w/skim milk [328 calories]
L: Leftover Pasta Primavera with 4 shrimp added; ~ 1/2 cup homemade tabbouleh [306 calories]
D: Rosemary mustard balsamic pork chop (baked); small portion roasted carrots, Brussel sprouts and potato chunks; half glass Rioja wine [~ 397 calories, give or take 20]
Snack(s): ? [Aiming for no more than 139 calories total]
Exercise: Will do, whatever form it may be.

spaghetti squash with homemade cheese sauce and bacon ice coffee with almond milk and cream and splenda dark chocolate squares and probably a few spoonfuls of the no sugar added butter pecan ice cream
