L: Homemade light tuna salad on bed of arugula; cucumber-tomato-onion salad; half of a pita [~ 289 calories]
D: Seared Scallops with Mint Vinaigrette over Green Pea Leek Puree; cucumber-tomato-onion salad; two deli slices Black Forest Ham; maybe one Wasa crisp bread slice; small glass of Prosecco [357 calories]
Snacks: Low fat plain yogurt with blueberries; homemade low fat blueberry blintz topped with sliced strawberries and 1 Tbs whipped topping; ???raw veggie???
Total calories for the day: ~ 1,170
