B: coffee L: making a small batch of this Tuna With Capers, Olives and Lemon in lettuce cups (if you don't want a raw garlic taste, put a peeled clove(s) of garlic in a microwave safe cup, add just enough water to barely cover it and cover with plastic wrap and microwave for 1 minute. Let cool before mashing and it will take the bite out of the garlic and make it easier to mash. You can add the garlic water into the dressing as well) D: something with chicken and probably zucchini

L: Chickpea veggie salad [281 calories]
D: Leftover "lightened" Beef Stroganoff with 1/2 cup no yolk noodles; steamed carrots and zucchini; half glass dry red wine; multivitamin [420 or up to 525 calories, if I want bigger portion of something]
Snack: Homemade banana frozen yogurt; espresso; small portion pistachios [215 calories]
Total of 1,166 calories for day (or up to 1,270 if I go bigger portion at dinner)

grilled chicken kabobs on iceberg lettuce with mayo (the kabobs are already cooked and were in the meat department. they are my new favorite chicken especially since i don't have to cook them) dark chocolate dalgona coffee with cream/splenda/almond milk

I am ordering dinner from a local Italian place. Ron mentioned it when he called, and I'll get them pasta and get a side of their marinara for myself and cook some carbanada pasta to go with it. Their servings are huge, so there will be enough sauce to make at least 3 servings for my lunches this week.
