B: Lowered cal/fat Wild Blueberry Blintz with fresh berries and whipped topping; 1/2 cup Tropicana 50 OJ; coffee w/skim milk; I also had a 70 calorie Danon Light & Fit at 2 am I'll count here. L: Diet 7 grain bread with roast beef or ham and arugula, tomatoes, half bell pepper, celery D: Chicken Artichoke Piccata with rice pilaf, and spinach orange salad. Small glass Chablis S: Espresso; ? I need to drink more water. I've been coming up short for a couple days.

Going to an outdoor lunch with my childhood best friend I havenโt seen for 13 years! Probably will have salad of some type. Making coffee in the hotel room as well.
