I have some frozen crab cakes Iβm going to make today.
Probably also have an iceberg salad with homemade ranch and crispy onions.
Dalgona coffee with cream and Splenda and almond milk

i never made the crab cakes or salad. i will have it for lunch tomorrow instead.
i ended up making onion rings in the oven coated in crushed pork rinds, with a dipping sauce of mayo/chili paste. i also made some corn on the cob. also had some full uncrushed pork rinds.
