Tales from the Scale is a weekly check-in/accountability thread. Post your questions and thoughts Ups, downs, maintains To weigh or not to weigh Why the Scale Lies What does/doesn't work for you on the program And anything else you want to share about your program and the trials and tribulations Whether you hug your scale or have banished it to the garage, Tales from the Scale is a great place to share. Good luck everyone! Bring on those numbers! 😊 Here is this week's challenge. I just want you to track EVERYTHING that goes in your mouth for ONE day! That's it just ONE day, you can do ONE day right?! Then repeat it 7 times this week. 😉

Another 2 lbs down this week according to the scale today.
4 lbs from goal. Keeping on keeping on
My biggest NSV though is that I did a road trip on the weekend and didn’t stop for any food and didn’t bring snacks in the car. I stuck to meals only and when I could focus and not be in a hurry to shovel it in and then go.

Excellent news, finreporter! You can get to the finish line.
My scale showed me up 0.6 lbs. I wasn't totally surprised because I feel a little bloated. I did not exceed weight loss daily calorie allowances once this past week, so I will blame hormonal stuff. I did slack a little bit on the exercise. That needs to change. The sad part is that I am again just over 170 lbs, so I need to reinstate my previous interim goal of getting back into the 160s. Boo!
