L: Scrambled eggs with mushrooms and onions; fresh vegetables; slice low calorie 7 grain bread
D: Tortellini with Prosciutto topped with pasta sauce and dots of part skim ricotta and a little Parmesan cheese; corn and roasted red pepper strips; half glass red wine
Snacks: Espresso; low fat plain yogurt with cherries;?
Plan to stay under 1,240 calories
