B: Low fat plain yogurt with berries and sprinkling of granola; 1/2 cup Tropicana 50 OJ; coffee with skim milk
L: Greens salad with baked salmon, grapefruit and orange chunks, toasted almond slices, scallion with lemon vinaigrette; small piece ciabatta roll
D: Grilled steak and vegetables; small amount of Jasmine rice; small glass red wine
Snacks: Espresso; 1/2 cup homemade "lightened" caramelized banana ice cream

B: coffee (I had a western bagel w/cream cheese planned but not hungry) L: not sure, might do the bagel w/turkey sausage, egg and cheese with some cucumber on the side or tomatoes Mediterranean Bulgur salad w/feta and olives, and sardines with lemon D: pork chops, sauteed cabbage, steamed zucchini

pan seared haloumi and frozen wild shrimp. i think i have some frozen spinach too. trying to do a "clean out the fridge" next few days before going to the store again.
