yesterday instead of haloumi cheese i made the mistake of making my own keto cheese "crackers" which is just small squares of cheese baked on parchment paper until dried out and crispy. since i weigh daily i fully expect it to be up after all that sodium because i basically ended up eating nearly 5 slices of cheese. oh well. i should have known. anytime i try to do a keto friendly snack or dessert i just can't handle it and end up eating all of it when it's meant to be portioned out. i need to just stick to making meals and single servings of the snacks if that.
i'm not sure what today's food will be yet. i defrosted a package of organic grass fed ground beef so may just make some sliders. i have to do a supermarket trip today so may end up finding something there to have for today instead.
