Spring is here. Get out of hibernation. So let's join together and encourage and cheer each other on with our fitness goals! Warm weather will be here before we know it and we want to be in shape to enjoy it!
WELCOME EVERYONE anytime and yes you can walk/jog/run or combo, cycling, spinning, swimming, aerobic classes, elliptical machine, yoga, pilates, strength train and core work too!
Each week you set and post your own attainable mileage/minutes goal and strive to achieve it. Saturday thru Friday is our fitness week with Saturday morning weigh-ins (WI). WIs are encouraged but optional. There is no judgement here!
This challenge runs from March 20 to June 21

i finally figured out a plan TO EAT FOR THE LONG TERM. I use 36 points a day because ifIdid not Iwould starve. i do not have to use my fit points or weekly except for special occasions. I do not have to push so much for fit points when I am too tired. Pumpkin is my vegetable and Ieat 7 cups a day. I do not eat fruit because it rots too much over 2 weeks. At cherry time I may treat myself i have 6 meals 3 in the morning. i can just do 10,000 steps with 20 minutes on treadmill. In summer I can take a walk outside through a small park near me. I am making up for not seeping Friday night,

Amy thanks for the start. Wow you really have your plan down! Sounds like a good one. My fruit goes bad too. I keep buying it, but....

I need to move today! Yesterday was so nice out. I sat on the porch for a bit with Maddie. This morning cooler and windy.

Finally Brenda. I think I cn do this. I usually get 10,000 steps. So all I have to do is eat a plan I can for life and have restaurants and dinners out sometimes. WW gives you this flexibiit I should be able to lose a pound a week

Cutting down to 1 tbkespoon of peanut butter lowered the points, I know get 1 tablespoon of peanut butter 30 points nw and 1600 calories a day.
