grilled chicken kabobs on iceberg lettuce with mustard/horseradish mayo decaf dalgona coffee
yesterday was off the rails. not terribly off the rails as far as a lowish carb day but just too snacky. ended up having a few bbq pork rinds, a few tortilla chips, a mini bag of m&ms, some large spoonfuls of no sugar added butter pecan ice cream, and a hardboiled egg. this was all outside of my main meal. in any case, it all adds up. need to rein it in today.

B: Lightened Cherry Clafouti; 1/2 cup Tropicana 50 OJ; coffee with skim milk; 1/3 cup low fat plain yogurt with berries.
L: Skinless chicken thigh meat with cucumber tomato salad
D: Pecan Tilapia with lemon; carrot puree topped with scallion slices; broccoli
S: Espresso; lowered fat/sugar caramelized banana ice cream
