I am having trouble updating the WW app on my Android phone or any app for that matter. I was having issues updating the WW app so I uninstalled the old one. I could not use the WW app because there was a message that I needed to update and it would not open. Now, my phone is not letting me install the WW app. Anyone else having this issue? I have plenty of storage on my phone.

limefan, my last WW update was August 5 and I am not showing any problems at this time. I agree with vicki, about turning the phone off and rebooting. Hopefully you'll see the WW app on the Play Store. Good luck!

vicki, linda72, Thanks, Vicki and Linda. I have turned my phone off multiple times, but still not able to download the app. When I click install, I get a message saying waiting on download and that is it. It just keeps spinning. I tried downloading another app and it did not download either. So, I am thinking something is going on with my phone.

Oh no Robin that stinks. Hopefully it was just a server issue and you are back up and running by now.
If not, I have had the best luck by googling the exact model of the phone and the specific issue. That usually gets me back on track. Good luck.

DotRen, For as long as I've been around computers (40 years) turning something on and off (rebooting) has been the go-to advice.

I went to Sprint yesterday and the kind and smart manager figured out the issue and got my google play store working again. Yeah!!! I am not sure what she did, but as long as it is working that is all that matters. Thanks everyone for your advice. The first thing she asked was whether I had tried turning off and on the phone. Lol.
