B: Low sugar apple cinnamon oatmeal made with skim milk; 1/3 cup plain low fat yogurt with fresh berries; 1/2 cup Tropicana 50 OJ; coffee with skim milk
L: Veggie filled scrambled eggs; slice low cal 7 grain bread
D: Pecan-crusted tilapia; small amount of basmati rice; 1/3 ear corn; tomato caprese salad side; maybe 3 oz rose wine
Snacks: Espresso; lowered sugar individual strawberry cobbler with tablespoon fat free whipped topping
Total of 1,218 calories with wine.
