B: Small "lightened" blueberry blintz with fresh berries; 1/2 cup Tropicana 50 OJ; coffee w/skim milk
L: Leftover Pecan Crusted Tilapia with a really yummy coleslaw I made from a recipe on the back of a coleslaw mix bag (its only fat is avocado).
D: Apricot chicken; a small amount of Basmati rice; half of a tomato; steamed sugar snap peas
Snacks: Espresso; individual low sugar strawberry cobbler

now i know why i have been snacky for a week and having to fight it. TOM started on monday.
today's food will be grilled chicken kebabs on iceberg lettuce with mayo. no sugar added butter pecan ice cream dalgona coffee with almond milk, cream and splenda
