finreporter, I chuckled today when the Choir teacher had the students stand by their computers doing their vocal warm up. I think the teachers are working hard to make this school year start off well.

TGIF!! What a week it's been! I am over my BO people! It will be a miracle of all miracles if all my people get paid correctly! If I didn't care so much, I would have thrown in the towel today! I finally cc'd our department head on my last e-mail to them. They don't want to have to deal with her!  No major plans for the weekend except to maybe relax a little. The weather has been great so I have been sitting outside doing some reading for a couple hours a day. It's what I need to reset my attitude! I hope those that might be in the way of the coming tropical storms stay safe! Have a great day! Positive energy to all! |

Checking in late but accountable for my day. I’ve been KOKO with tracing, hydrating and smiling as I keep moving. The blue sky has kept me moving forward today. Have a good evening with many reasons to smile😊😊😊

doordie50 You are so sweet and thanks for asking.I really do need to check in more often. Now that we have the new AC(our old one went out earlier in the week)it is now nice and comfortable in these super hot days.I am 5 months post op and I have now walked 4 days in a row when we have had cooler temps in the mornings and today I walked 2 miles and I have my old speed back.I have never been a fast walker but it's been making me feel better.The surgeon said it would take the full year to fully recovery but I am finding now that I'm doing it on my own instead of going to PT I am able to work harder with it and do more of the fun things like cooking and cleaning.LOL. I hope your spine isn't hurting you too much these days.(((Hugs))). cyndee Congrats on your awesome loss.You are really working hard on it I can tell. DebDoesWW Another kitten??? Don't tell anyone I rescue anything because between Scooter and 2 cats I have enough especially when they all want attention at the same time.I bet that kitty is just too cute though.I have never owned a kitten before.Only grown cats but I'm sure he's a cutie. mac You have been in my thoughts and prayers.(((big cyber hugs))).

borntexan , Sorry so late in replying. Wow! That's really great news Becky! Walking two miles at your former speed is real progress. And LOL the "fun things"  I know being able to do those everyday things means everything. Wishing you continued healing my friend
