B: Low sugar apple cinnamon oatmeal with skim milk; 1/2 cup Tropicana 50 OJ; coffee w/skim milk; 1/3 cup low fat plain yogurt with half peach and a few red grapes
L: Lowered fat shrimp fried rice; greens salad with tomato slice and drizzle blue cheese dressing
D: 3 oz pan grilled sliced steak over salad of baby arugula, yellow pepper slices, red onion slices, grape tomatoes, lemony honey mustard vinaigrette and shaved Parmesan cheese; thin slice artisan toast; half glass Rioja wine
Snacks: Espresso; ? (something else up to 175 calories)
