I tried to walk every day, but I only did my Pilates once because it's So.Damn.Hot.

It was a slow week for exercise but did get some walking in this week. Hoping to improve in the coming seven days!

I’ve been doing my usual Jazzercise and walking. I am getting kind of cranky with showers 😢 lately. Usually exercise helps but lately, not so much. I’m not sure what’s causing it. Isolation maybe? Oh well, I don’t need to add weight gain to the list. I have to stay focused.

I’m easing back in after a loooong lay off: 2 spin, some stretching, a little core, a hike planned for today and golf, for the first time in ages, tomorrow (hubby pick!)

We have had a lovely week of temps in the mid-80s and nighttime lows in the 60s. Rare for August. My goal is to walk at least 11,000 steps 4 out of 7 days. This week my Fitbit gives this report:
