B: "Carrot Cake" Overnight Oats; 1/2 cup Tropicana 50 OJ; coffee with skim milk; couple chunks of nectarine
L: Artichoke ravioli with homemade basil pesto; salad greens with grape tomatoes and Balsamic drizzle
D: Herbed sirloin steak with basil roasted cherry tomatoes; small portion of basmati rice and peas; half glass Rioja wine
Snacks: Espresso; a slice of a 6-inch low fat chocolate almond essence cake (if I make it)

sliced figs with gorgonzola and drizzle of honey marinated garlic and oil mushrooms and olives with feta fresh organic radishes, persian cucumber and yellow, white and purple carrots with homemade ranch nachos with black beans, grilled chicken, onions, cheese, sour cream and salsa breyers no sugar added ice cream bar
