My weekly goal is to keep up my exercise. I'm thrilled that I'm exercising with the videos that were posted on here, and lately I've been adding a strength training video every few days. I really want to keep it up since I have a hard time doing that. My me-time is my computer, puzzle, exercise, and meditation time.

weekly goal: exercise...60 minutes at least five days this week
me time: soaks in the tub while reading a book. Have done that the last couple of nights and it made a huge difference in my relaxation...no idea why but it did.
Life goes on much the same day to day. I would love to see friends, sit, talk and share a meal but we do stay in touch via WhatsApp and I am at least grateful for that.

My goals are to exercise at least 180min. weekly, and control usage of my points. Keeping up meditation practices.
Me time: crocheting, reading, exercise
