Do you weigh and measure your food and drink?

I weigh and measure almost all of my food and drink with calories. I have a digital food scale and use it everyday.

When counting points/bites I do so for every bite I take but when doing the Core program I tend to only weigh and measure the foods that are not on the core list.

I weigh things to start and once I know I can eye ball it, I don't. But if I'm trying to figure out PP for a recipe, for example, yes, I'll weigh. Often I use the packaging, and determine what portion I'm using - like 1/4, etc. - and I go by that. I find it helpful to occasionally weigh out one oz. of cheese to remind myself of what that actually looks like (ie: nowhere near what I want to limit myself to!)
