I exercised six days this week. Two days I did an extra video, other days I did one video.

I had 120 minutes in for this week UNTIL I spent 2 hours washing dishes. I know washing dishes doesn't burn a LOT of calories but standing two hours, washing dishes, pots, pans, etc, drying and putting them away uses more points/calories than reading
I have 20 minutes in this morning and have started the laundry.

I did my body weight strength and flexibility exercises in the morning every day. I got in the evening ones all but two days. Lot of luggage wrangling, some stairs, a little walking.
