Oh my goodness! I forgot! Today I take credit for attending my WW Zoom meeting, tracking, weighing and measuring, exercising, meditating, and keeping up with my online support groups. My gratitude is for my family and our health. surfgirl Thanks for posting.

Starting this thread for Judy since it's 12:30pm PT.
Credit for sticking with walking when it was hellishly hot last week, and being able to lose at WI this week...maybe I sweated off the pounds?!? Tracking all food and exercise and staying OP.
Gratitude for my husband, for our health (touch wood), and being able to continue working right now when so many others cannot.

Credit: Another week working the program - not giving up & looking back over my weight loss chart (have hit a sticking point on the way down) as I needed to see patterns and motivate myself a bit.
