It's our August challenge. During these weird times it's so easy to just give up and let ourselves go. But this month let's concentrate on getting those 5 fruits&veggies in each day. Or seven or even nine! It's the height of summer and there's plentiful gorgeous and delicious vegetables and fruit to be had! Your body will appreciate it!
WELCOME EVERYONE anytime and yes you can walk/jog/run or combo, cycle, spin, swim, aerobic classes, elliptical machine, yoga, Pilates, strength train and core work too!
Each week you set and post your own attainable mileage/minutes goal and strive to achieve it. Saturday through Friday is our fitness week with Saturday morning weigh-ins(WI). WIs are encouraged but optional. There is no judgement here!
This challenge runs the month of AUGUST, 2020.

GOOD AM. I sm 2211 in the scale but will use the WW scale next Saturday as my real weight. I had a party yesterday, Bring the puppy a new toy and eat pizza. gained weight this past week. 7 pounds. I will start over with 1504 calories vegan. 6 ounces of peanuts in 1 oz portions non salted roasted is just below 1000 dollars 31 points. I then have 4 apples. This suits me well. Another point for a gummy vitamin. I ordered a cubic elliptical under the table or in front of a chair. It is called jr cause I think it is smaller or something. But it is 25 pounds and comes with a mat. 2 screws each foot piece and its built. I will go on recumbent bike too. I am trying to charge my Fitbit. but I am having trouble. Not tempting foods left in my home. ate all the chips up this past weejk. And I threw 2 Klondike bars out that was left. I have portioned the 1 ounce portions I weighed into small lock n lock I am hungry now but it is 1 am now. Scott will help me shower later this morning before Vanessa comes at 745. am. I will definitely not eat junk food if I get a day in today with my plan and have tomorrow to continue with it.

I figure out how I can et the last meal at 6p, UNSALTED ROASTED PEANUTS 1 OUCNE SERVINGS AT 3am 6AM 9AM 12 NOON, 3PM 6P, /APPLE AT 6AM 9AM 12PM AND 6PM. 1504 CALORIES.

I put on long pants today for the first time summer. I gained 1 x pants. 221. 1 this morning. Vanessa should be here in 20 25 minutes. I got a shower. . with Scott, We are going to walk too Target to get a flue shot. After Vanessa leaves I will try to walk with Scott to target CVS a flue shot. And then we will walk to credit Union and I can cash my tuition refund and deposit some money in my account,. Later Russ is taking me food shopping, I am happier now that I have planned out the eating schedule. I wait 3 hours between meals,
