Good morning and thank you for holding down the fort, ladies! Alas, despite my homeopathic remedies the virus returned Friday and kicked me up and down the block again. My DH said "if you don't go to the walk-in today you're not coming back in the house." So I went, he put me on a Z-pack and antibiotic/anti-inflammatory eyedrops. Back to the old drawing on the old microbiome. Suzanne it's good to hear your dance class went well and you enjoyed it so much. Waves to Lisa and anyone who visits! Daily Affirmation - I've got to admit, it's getting better. Fitness Goal - at least get up and move around more today. Health Goal - tea, water, Ricola. Gratitude - a quiet day at work to get reinstated and catch up.

affirmation - I can do anything I put my mind to health goal - meal planning, shopping and prep for the week fitness goal - weights gratitude - an optimistic outlook on a super gloomy day
I'm going to try my spiralizer today. The only thing that looks good to me is raw Zucchini salad noodles, or bakes sweet potato noodles. Please send any other tried and true ideas my way!
I tended to all the houseplants yesterday. Hoping they perk up as they've been neglected this winter.
