Thinking Mistake #9: Exaggerated Thinking
“I can’t stand this craving.”
“I have no will power.”
Do you do this?

I do this. Sometimes it is about having to eat something right now when I am hungry, other times I give into a craving because I can't stand it anymore.

I am not sure...haven't done it for awhile BUT perhaps this is a type of exaggerating/throwing in the towel?
I have had one and blown it so might as well have them all...Usually do my best to nip it in the bud soon as I can and get back on track without finishing them all.

Not with food, but sometimes about other worrisome things.

lani, I think my meditation is helping me avoid exaggerated thinking on other things. I seem to be able to more easily calm myself down.

I don't really have this, at least I don't think I do. I'm more of a Justification & Deluded Thinking kind of gal!
