It's our September challenge. During these weird times it's so easy to just give up and let ourselves go. Lets set an exercise pattern and pick healthy food.
WELCOME EVERYONE anytime and yes you can walk/jog/run or combo, cycle, spin, swim, aerobic classes, elliptical machine, yoga, Pilates, strength train and core work too!
Each week you set and post your own attainable mileage/minutes goal and strive to achieve it. Saturday through Friday is our fitness week with Saturday morning weigh-ins(WI). WIs are encouraged but optional. There is no judgement here!

Good day. I decided to eat unsalted roasted peanuts 6 ounces a day is 31 points. I prefer to eat simply and not cook or prepare. It is better for me. I pour into cup on scale and measure 6 oz in 6 in 6 cups. It is easy to buy budget wise. And lasts and doesn't am taking. a good vitamin for 1 point.

Well I really need this challenge. I have lots of housework to do today so that should keep me busy. Grocery shopping too so I can get healthy options for lunch this week.
