Kelly, that's good they are allowing family in now. My vet for Maddie will let me come in (with mask) for her visit. But for her monthly allergy shot they come get her in the parking lot.
Nancy, great goals for the week. I am trying to get more waters in myself. Also trying to get back on track on my exercise.

I did a little bit of a Barr workout on my deck this morning. Found it on U-Tube.
Thanks for the hugs. I buried Sonny yesterday in my flower bed. She was so sweet.

Good Morning!!
I had a good OP eating day yesterday. I feel short on my steps due to meetings and Bible study last night. Only added 1 mile of workout.
Brenda: Good job on your workout. Hugs again for having to do the burial.
Nancy: Good job getting your flu shot. I know the girls have been giving a lot of them at work. Kudos for the good food choices and having a plan in place. It will take several weeks to make it stick. I think we are getting ours on Friday at work.

Hi Bl, how does a week go by so fast. OMG> My doctor call to let me know that my sugar was still high and my cholesterol is high as well. I am so disgusted. So from today. I am totally going clean. I am going to have a nutritionist look over the results. He is still letting me go ahead with the surgery, but now he has gone and made me nervous about everything else.
I feel like I am going to have to stick to eating grass and going mostly vegetarian. Low carbs and fish. No cream in my coffee.

I stayed OP yesterday til I decided to go for a Chinese buffet last night. I felt miserable and bloated afterwards and really did not eat as much as I would have in the past. I did add 2 miles though.
I hardly slept last night not sure if it was from food or my mind just would not shut down.
Claudette: I am thankful for the quick week, it has been a busy one for me. So sorry about your blood sugar and cholesterol being elevated. Hopefully, healthier choices and exercise will bring them down to normal level. Changing habits often can lower the levels without any medication. Good luck. Focus on lowering the amt of carbs. If eating carbs chose whole wheat/grains vs white carbs. Limit the red meats and fried foods.

Hello, Kelly, thanks for always giving us great advise!! Claudette, hang in there. With all the stress now with the covid and life in general don't be so hard on yourself. I lost my way this week, lots of stress in my life. Find myself eating cookies & chips within reason and counting them so I'm not out of control eating, still working on my 64oz, I'm getting 48oz most day but would like to be consistent with 64. Claudette, sorry a couple things were evaluated. Hang in there. I was suppose to get my blood checked, but I have been avoiding it.
Kelly, Chinese does that to me too. I try to avoid the sauce/rice, but....I love egg rolls. So do you start the new job on Monday?
Nancy, sorry you have been stressed. Hope things get better.

I attended my virtual workshop this morning. Today is the last day of my WW pass. I might go monthly to WI. I just can't afford to keep doing it right now. It would be different if I was losing weight, but I just keep gaining.

Hi Bl Yesterday, was a day. My friends baby sitter got sick and I covered for her. My friend has every snack that you could think about. I tried but I was weak. Then we had dinner. Another failure.
Today I had to do some serious regrouping.
