I don't usually have snacks BUT if I do I might have:
* air popped popcorn * fruit with yogurt or just plain fruit * veggies with or without a low-point dip * nonfat iced latte or frappacino * Arabic coffee * sugar-free jello if I have any

I used to eat a snack in the morning and one in the afternoon but lately not much in snacks. If I do have a snack it's usually fruit or protein like cheese. I do like snacks because it keeps your blood sugar so it doesn't dip.

I have a piece of Dove dark chocolate candy or some fruit , when Iโm being mindful. When Iโm sleepy itโs usually chips, pretzels, string cheese, & chocolate.
