I do have a smart phone but don't use it as my main phone and still do most things on a computer. The thing I use most on it is the WW app. I do use a computer and have for years. We have an internet TV but my husband handles it. I can if I concentrate I can figure out how to bring up a TV show but I don't know how to use it as a computer screen. I had a fitness device for a while but lost interest because with my depression I wasn't exercising. I consider myself tech-phobic and it is hard for me to get myself to learn something new.

More into it than my husband. He comes to me with computer and phone issues and then I do what I can or we contact our daughter online to see if she can help.
I have an android Samsung that takes photos, has app ability and I have I Track Bites and a few other apps on it that I use. Use ITB the most these days. When I walked outside and was using My Fitness Pal I would log my walks on Map My Walk and that would synch with the MFP app. Counting minutes instead of miles/steps now and walking inside so don't use it any more
I have a computer and have used one for a LONG time. I use it even for reading since my Nook won't do adobe digital edition files even though it should be able to do so.
No fitness devices No TV service or hookups or anything like that...just read

Tech devices I use are:
* Motorola phone from Comcast that I set up myself, I use it a lot for many things and have a lot of apps I've set up on it, I don't give the number out as I prefer my landline to talk on, besides I'm not a big fan of talking on the phone. * Two Samsung tablets I love and use quite a bit, set up by my computer service guy, who was a student of mine in middle school way back when. * Comcast triple play. I use my land line for talking to people. I know how to keep my TV going but don't know how to do streaming etc. I love the Easy Listening Music channel and have it on all day when not watching TV. Have many apps set up on my two Samsung tablets that I can do.
I am lucky because my youngest son went to De Fry Institute of Technology in Chicago and got his BS degree in computers, he bought me a refurbished computer way back when and taught me how to use it , he always told me if I break it we can fix it.🤗 On one of his jobs he worked for Time Warner in downtown Atlanta for a year and a half until they sold that business I believe to AT&T.

I mainly use my smart phone for texting, pix and I have one app for the Warriors that I check daily. Not much new on that one lately! I am at home practically all the time so I use the big desk top computer for just about everything. I did sign up for TapaTalk but I never use it, just have to delete likes and messages constantly. I should unsign myself from that.
No fitness devices or smart watches or internet TV. My upstairs TV is hardwired for streaming by our installer. It may have smart capabilities, but I thought the hardwiring would be more reliable and secure.
I keep my phone turned off a lot. I check it first thing in the AM and then it's mostly off unless Mr. Lani is out and about, and I think he may text me about something.

I should add that I can text on the phone which I use to contact one particular relative, use with my pharmacy, and the electric company when there are outages.

I live on my phone and desktop (at home), and laptop (back when traveling was a thing...), and my iPad. I'm connected online pretty much all the time. I do switch off sometimes, but I do all my work online, and communication with family, friends, etc. all online.
