I did seven half-hour exercise videos/DVD's this week. I enjoy them when I do them and my body feels great after I've done them.

I got back into walking again after a bad week before, and on Wednesday I walked for about two hours. Also did one or two Pilates sessions. I met a friend yesterday, the first friend I've seen in 6 months in person, and we met at the beach and had lunch on the beach, then a walk in the surf before parting ways. We decided to do a weekly lunch date somewhere outside, a different beach or park or whatever. At least we can be in each other's company in real life! We stayed masked while walking, and when sitting and talking, and just removed them for eating lunch and we faced the ocean when eating so we were talking forward and not at each other.

I think I walked three times at 40 minutes total for three days so...two hours of walking this week.
I am feeling I am officially in the 70's decade having seen two 179 and a bit weigh-ins this week. Now to stay OP and be vigilant to cement that.

Exercise for past week: * Cleaned today which was at least an hour. * Watered patio plants, gardens, some gardening most days last week. * Shopped with daughter at two stores last Sunday.

The ole body weight strength & flexibility exercises - 7 days Cardio - 1 day Heavy weights & abs - 1 day Classical Stretch - 1 day I could have sworn there was some vacuuming, but I don't see it listed in my journal (?)
OT: I got a new keyboard and mouse. The mouse is a Logitech gaming mouse and it has pretty colors and a back and forth page toggle feature, but it was killing my hand. I switched it to the left hand side and now it's fine. Mr. Lani likes it since he's a lefty, and I figure it's good for the brain to use the other non-dominant hand for me.

surfgirl, Sounds like a fun time. cathygeha, Good work on the weight. I figure it's good for the brain to use the other non-dominant hand for me. I've read that too.
