Today is the day we share our weekly goals and how we plan to spend our me-time. You can also post about anything else you want.

Weekly goals: go to my WW virtual meeting next Monday, track, weigh and measure, exercise, meditate, and keep up with my online support groups. Specifically I would like to do at least one cardio DVD. I did two this week in addition to other videos and DVD's. My me-time is my computer, puzzle, exercise, and meditation time.

Weekly goals are: * Continue to journal by hand and complete WW app for meals on-line. * Try to move more, exercise 30 minutes most days. * Shop for healthy whole foods and prepare the whole foods with little sugar and salt. * Be honest with what I record on food amounts like butter, taking more then I record. * Drink at least six cups of water daily.
My me time: * Spend time with my son and daughter. * Keep up with Beck Program daily as well as Pro Board. * Listen to Easy Listening Music and watch some TV. * Read at night.

Goals:
* Track every BLT on ITB * Get back into exercising again
Me Time:
* Continue with reading and reviewing...try to get ahead at some point in time.

Goals: exercise at least 30 minutes daily, track honestly, weigh & measure, check in here and other online support, attend virtual meeting.
Me time: meditation, reading, crocheting, phone chats with friends, jazzercise

Goal: step up cardio (already did one session yesterday) and less cheese. Me-time: never changes, reading, fun TV (mixed in with all the annoying news), playing with el gato (cat), meditating, exercising (the exercises I like which are the non-cardio ones )

Goals: Continue tracking every bite, exercise when the weather isn't too hot (I gave myself permission yesterday to bag walking because it was just TOO.DAMN.HOT.
Me Time: Make another outdoor lunch date with my friend J, read before bed, chill out.
