Exercise/activity has done a runner...it is not ME that is doing the running but the activity that has been pushed away or perrhaps ran away and has hidden from me. I do get in the usual cooking and cleaning the kitchen chores and a bit of pruning but not the hour or so of walking I was doing to prepare for the trip to Scotland. Perhaps I need to have a goal that is more tangible for the walking...hmm...
Life is good. We have plenty and are healthy and not hungry and life goes on. I talked to my brother and his wife last night - they called - it was grand.

This week I had 3 Jazzercise classes, 4 treadmill walks, stretching class will be today after a cardio sculpt workout. Iβm planning to add Classical Stretch to my routine. My mentor (80 years old) has been enjoying it since she was unable to go to her usual fitness studio since March. Letβs see if I can get up at 6 am. when it airs on PBS.

luvvinlife, I DVR Classical Stretch. I sometimes need more time to transistion between floor work, bar work and mat work, so I like the ability to pause. Weekly exercise: Body weight strength & flexiblity exercises - 7 days Cardio (rebounder) - 1 day Heavy weights - 3 days Abs - 2 days Classical Stretch - 2 days I'd still like to get in more cardio, but I don't seem to achieve more than the one day a week.

I didn't exercise this week because I have bursitius real bad in my hip from riding my air dyne bike to long and too many days. Hope to get back soon.π΄ I did clean house today for over an hour.
