Today is the day we give ourselves credit for what we did this week and give gratitude. You can also post about anything else you want.

This week I attended my virtual WW meeting, tracked, weighed and measured, exercised, did meditation, and kept up with my online support groups. Have gratitude that my husband and I are still healthy.

Credits: * Tracked on WW app what I ate and journaled everyday. * Was more careful on amounts of food eaten and points posted for them, not posting one thing and eating more. * Continue to stay on mostly whole food diet with low sugar and salt. * I attended two top coaches virtual meetings on sleep, both great classes and coaches. * The WW agent I talked to at the 800 number last week to renew my membership gave me a free month to see if I can get down to goal to weigh in free next month. This was a win, win for me as I'm about three pounds from weighing in free, I know I can do this!!
Gratitude: * That I'm losing weight by doing above credits. * All the help, love and encouragement I receive on this thread and Pro Boards! * That I have great kids who did fall clean-up in the yard.

Credit for sticking to my routine despite recent weight creep.
Gratitude: air quality improved allowing open windows in the morning to cool down the house.
