Today is the day we share our goals for the week and how we'll spend our me-time. You can also post anything else you want.

My goal this week is to attend a live WW meeting next Monday, and to get in some exercise, and do my meditation. My me-time will be my computer, puzzle, exercise, and meditation time.

Goals: healthy meals, exercise daily (or most days), tracking, staying OP, hydrating

My goals this week are: * Lose a little over a pound tthis week to be able to weigh-in free at end of month for the first time in several months! * Continue to journal and post weigh on WW app. * Strive to meet my daily food groups and at least 6 cups of water a day, as well as 30 minutes of exercise five days this week. * Continue to post and read on BBR and Pro Boards. * Continue to measure food and be honest in recording how much I eat compared to what I write down.
My gatitude instead of me time is: * Thankful I'm almost back to goal with the help of BBR, bbbearsmom, Deb and Pro Boards, thank you ladies! * Thankful I'm starting to heal from losing my dear husband. * Thankful for my wonderful kids who are always here for me!

My goals are to tighten up my food choices and get in more cardio.
Me-time is the same as always, reading, TV, cat time, meditating, exercises I enjoy (which aren't cardio!)

Goals for me this week are to do at least 2 Jazzercise classes, add more Ab work to my regimen and add 2 more meditation sessions weekly.
Me time will be reading, nature walks, watching old movies.

Goals: Readjust my schedule so I can walk before it gets too dark out now. I've been slacking! I've also slacked on checking in daily here, and I need to get more diligent with tracking - I'm doing it but sometimes I forget and I need to put the day as I go.
